Product Photographer northern Virginia – Beaumont House Design’s handmade Kaftan Blankets.
I had the pleasure of working with Julie, the talented owner of Beaumont House Design, to showcase her exquisite collection of handmade Kaftan Blankets on her E-Commerce site. It was a collaborative effort aimed at capturing the intricate details and vibrant colors of her beautiful creations.
To highlight the unique characteristics of these blankets, I decided to use a soft white background. This choice not only provided a clean and elegant aesthetic but also allowed the colors of the blankets to pop and be the center of attention.
When it came to props, I opted for simplicity. I used a single white chair to display the blankets on. Allowing the viewer to appreciate the full pattern and design of each piece. However, to truly showcase the intricate details of the full blankets, Julie kindly assisted me by holding them up. It was a great way to capture their beauty and emphasize the craftsmanship and artistry involved.
Throughout the session, it was clear that each blanket was a labor of love. The attention to detail and the dedication to perfection were evident in every stitch and pattern. As a product photographer, it was a pleasure to work with such exquisite pieces! What an honor it was to have the opportunity to convey their exceptional beauty through imagery.

My goal was to showcase their vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into their creation. It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Julie and to capture the beauty of her handmade Kaftan Blankets through the lens of my camera.
