Branding Session With Gruver Cooley Interiors
When Cathleen asked us to do a a Branding Session for her, we jumped at the opportunity! We’ve been photographing her and her family for quite a while now, so when she asked us, it was a no brainer. Cathleen is such a kind, bubbly and fun person to be around. Also, she also has the cutest golden doodle named Waffles. He’s always down for photos. She needed some portraits that show her personality within her home. Cathleen is the interior designer at Gruver Cooley Design, her family’s 111 year old custom home building business. They specialize in crafting and designing homes that tailor to each client’s family and personal style. You can almost always find Cathleen on her Instagram stories and posts. Showing you around her latest projects, making you feel like “Umm house goals!!” or inspiring you with the things she’s loving at that moment.
The Location
The Branding Session took place in her home. We were surrounded by white, but not your typical all white design. Cathleen layered many different shades of white together with a few pops of light earthy tones. This resulted in such a cozy feeling. The weather outside was rainy and miserable, however, with all that white reflecting everywhere, you would never notice!
The whole time we caught up, chatting away about the year to come and all our goals. Making for the perfect laughs and smiles captured on camera. We left feeling inspired and cheeks a little sore from all the smiles and laughter. Cathleen, thank you for choosing us to be apart of your brand and us as your photographers!
