The Old Lucketts General Store
The Old Lucketts Store is our favorite winter wonderland! They have so many elaborate holiday set up’s located throughout the property. Greenery everywhere, creative vignettes painted on the sides of the barns, those settings are perfect for holiday mini sessions! Originally built in 1879 by the Luckett family which served as the town’s general store, then sadly abandoned, and restored in 1996 by owner Suzanne Elben. The shop is now home to countless dealers who specialize in hip, vintage decor.
Details
We met with the Von Der Heydt family on the property for their annual holiday photos. We haven’t done mini sessions in a while, however as soon as Kyla mentioned Lucketts, we just had to say yes. That being said, 2020 Old Lucketts Store Holiday Mini Sessions are on! For those of you who have yet to visit The Old Lucketts Store, we highly recommend it, any time of year.
